Availability varies: An apartment on the third floor is comprised of two private bedrooms each with a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe, and desk. Third floor apartment includes a shared furnished living area (with sofa, high table, entertainment center, and Smart TV) and a private bath. One suite on first floor and another suite on the second floor are master suites with queen-size beds, nightstands, dressers, desks, closet/armoire, a furnished living areas with sofa/wing chair/Smart TV, and private bathrooms. A King Room and a separate Queen Room on the second floor are large rooms with a king-size bed and queen-size bed, respectively, nightstand, dresser, desk, shelves, closet, wind chair and Smart TV. A Cozy Room on second floor is smaller with a queen-size bed, night stand, dresser, wardrobe, desk, wing chair, and Smart TV. The King Room, Queen Room, and Cozy Room share a bathroom. Pillows, bedding, bath towels, ironing boards, and irons provided. Pets allowed.

Boarder will have access to the residence laundry room (use of washer/dryer included), and will have 24/7 use of the first floor common area also used by owners, including a kitchen (cooking / eating ware provided) and private refrigerator, three living-room areas, a dining room, and restroom, all fully furnished. Utilities, WiFi internet access, and Smart TV (with Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video) included in cost of rent. Boarder responsible for purchase and preparation of own meals, as well as washing of bed linens and bath towels.
